VIRILABS ships all orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our fulfillment partner under your brand.

Returns
Due to the nature of research compounds, VIRILABS does not accept returns on opened products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at virilabs2022@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We will replace or refund any order that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Replacement shipments are sent at no additional cost.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that imported goods comply with the laws of their country. VIRILABS is not responsible for customs delays or seizures.
